Churchill Support Services are delighted to announce that we have retained our highest ever score of 144/145 over the course of our Service Delivery audit. This score means that we retain our position in the top 1% of Security Industry Authority Approved Contractors.
As a key part of our Service Delivery Audit our Assessors visited over 10 different locations, meeting with both Officers and Clients along the way. One Assessor noted that “On our many visits to Officers and Customers there was a very strong consistency in the levels of satisfaction across every site”, whilst another said that “We could feel the positive culture on the frontline”.
Over the course of the 6 day audit, members of each department presented to the Auditors, our Officers showed them a day in the life of their role within the company and our Clients fed back the levels of service quality received.
All of the comments during the audit and in particular the closing meeting aligned with our purpose and virtues, reinforcing our belief that these virtues shape our everyday working life. It was summarised so well by our Lead Auditor who said, “It is clear that Employees really feel looked after” and “It’s really great to see a Company that genuinely care about doing things properly”.

A score like this is achieved through consistent business improvements and requires a great deal of continuous quality assurance.
