We’re absolutely delighted to announce our exceptional score of 144 out of a maximum of 145 in the recent Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) audit.
Conducted as part of the Security Industry Authority’s (SIA) commitment to ensuring the continued quality of the services in the security industry, it’s a key pillar of sustained quality and excellence in our sector.
An ACS audit consists of a rigorous and meticulous examination of over 75 different factors, encompassing a range of unique aspects that include staff training procedures, financial management, and how we deliver our services. The most recent took place over the course of 4 days in May 2023, covering June 2022 right up to May of this year.
Not only is this rating something to truly be proud of, it’s also been recently revealed that we were the only company to have achieved a score this high. No other security company, regardless of size or reputation, managed that elusive 144/145 over the course of the last year, with our closest competitor scoring 143. It’s truly unmatched.
Of course, there’s a huge number of reasons behind that, but chief among these is the dedication, passion and enthusiasm every member of our team has put in.
